Hiya, we are Jose and Carola
Let me introduce you to our small, family-run and cosy business. My husband Jose has been making pasta since ever.

His Italian roots are in Casale sul Sile, a lovely village with 13,000 inhabitants in the province of Treviso in the Veneto, north-eastern Italy.
​
Jose’s nonno, Alessandro, taught him all the secrets of how to make pasta with love, and that is our secret ingredient!
And when we met it was a perfect match, because we both love to cook! So we mixed his Italian flavour with my Brazilian sauce.
We always make food for our friends and family. It’s our greatest pleasure! Zanardo’s was born in 2014, when we turned our passion and fun into a business. But the fun never ended.

We're very proud to say that our food is handmade. You will never get ready meals, taken out of its packaging, reheated and passed on to you… no way!
